ENTRY FORM

The Entry Fee until 7th June is £50 per raft. From 8th June the Entry Fee is £75 per raft. ENTRIES CLOSE ON 1st September 2023.

Before submitting your entry, please read the ENTRY CONDITIONS in the Menu at the foot of this page, and decide on BOTH your Award Categories from this table.

OPTION “A”  ENTER ONLINE

Click on the following link

    • Scroll down and click on “Reserve a spot”
    • Type in the number of rafts that you wish to enter.
    • Scroll down the page to “Add ons” if you would like to book a Hospitality Pitch at the raft race finish.
    • Click on “Checkout”.
    • Add your details for the Billing Information.
    • Scroll down and complete all boxes, BEFORE clicking “Place Order”,
    • Select your payment method.
    • At the foot of the page, click to agree Eventbrite conditions.
    • Finally click on “Place Order”

You will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your entry.

Please make cheques payable to Monmouth Rotary Club.

If you are unable to download the ENTRY FORM, please contact David Forbes and ask him to send you an entry form by post.
