Before submitting your entry, please read the ENTRY CONDITIONS in the Menu at the foot of this page and decide on both your Award Categories.
OPTION “A” ENTER ONLINE
Click on the following link and SCROLL DOWN THE PAGE TO FIND THE RAFT RACE IMAGE. Click on the image.
Then click on “Register”
Type in the number of rafts that you wish to enter.
Click on “Checkout”.
Add your contact details (name and e mail address).
Scroll down and select your payment method. (Add your payment card details)
Scroll down and complete the Registration form, including answers to the questions.
If registering a 2nd raft, complete their registration details.
Click on “Place Order”
You will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your entry.
Further information, including sponsorship forms, will be sent to you by e mail or post, by the end of June.
OPTION “B” ENTER BY POST
Please download and print the following form.
Fill in your details and send it with your cheque to:David Forbes, Raft Race Entry Secretary, Collingwood, Rockfield Road Monmouth NP25 5SR
Please make cheques payable to Monmouth Rotary Club.
If you are unable to download the ENTRY FORM, please contact David Forbes and ask him to send you an entry form by post.
